BAYROL pH-Minus – fast-dissolving acidic granules designed to reduce the pH of swimming pool water when it exceeds 7.4. Maintaining the correct pH level is essential for effective disinfection and proper water balance. The product is made from high-purity sodium bisulfate, dissolves quickly, does not cloud the water and is compatible with all pool water disinfection methods.

When to use?

  • When the pool water pH exceeds 7.4.
  • After topping up the pool with fresh water.
  • After heavy rainfall.
  • During regular water testing whenever the pH needs to be reduced to the recommended range of 7.0–7.4.

Dosage

Recommended dosage:

  • 100 g per 10 m³ of water lowers the pH by approximately 0.1.

Hard water may require a higher dosage.

Instructions for use

  1. Check the pool water pH at least twice a week, as well as after topping up the pool and after heavy rainfall.
  2. If the pH exceeds 7.4, calculate the required amount of product.
  3. Switch on the filtration system.
  4. Distribute the granules evenly into the pool water in several locations, preferably in front of the return inlet nozzles, or dissolve them first in a plastic bucket of water.
  5. Do not add the product directly into the skimmer.
  6. Leave the filtration system running for 2–3 hours after dosing, then measure the pH again and adjust it if necessary.
  7. Do not add more than 300 g per 10 m³ of water in a single application.

Use pool chemicals safely. Always read the product label and instructions for use before application. Never mix different pool chemicals in their concentrated form. Always add the product to the water and never pour water onto the product. Do not exceed a dosage of 300 g per 10 m³ in a single application.

Delivery Information

Preparing your order for dispatch takes 2–3 working days from the moment the payment is received in the shop's bank account. Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to the courier for delivery.

Home delivery prices

The shipping cost throughout Europe is calculated according to the rates set by the courier service.

Before delivering the goods, the courier will arrange an acceptable delivery time for you by phone (working days Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product specified in the online store.

The shipping cost will be added to the shopping cart value.

Collection of goods

When receiving the delivered goods, please, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the ordered goods were delivered to you.

When purchasing products longer than 2.4m, the customer may have to arrange for unloading.

Returning the goods

We are doing our best to pack goods purchased from us. Unfortunately, sometimes harm might be done during transportation. Even if you do not know if something is damaged or not, it is always good to take photos of arrived package on your smartphone, you will need those in case if any harm is done to the content.

If you can see signs of damaged packaging, please take the following steps:

  • Take photos of package and make sure damage is visible.
  • Unpack your order and check if any products are harmed, take a photo of damaged item.
  • If there is any damage, please, inform us via email [email protected]

NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within one (1) working day from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.

When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
